Zhejiang Gongshang University (ZJSU) was founded in 1911, one of the earliest business schools in China. It’s located in Hangzhou, a city renowned as the “Paradise on Earth” for its beautiful scenery. In 2023, ZJSU was designated as a “Double First-Class 196 Project” institution by Zhejiang Province. As a university with international characteristics in Zhejiang Province, ZJSU has carried out multi-form and cross-level cooperation and exchanges with more than 200 colleges and research institutions in over 50 countries and has nearly 1,000 international students from more than 100 countries and regions.
The summer program of Zhejiang Gongshang University is open to all Chinese language enthusiasts, offering language courses at different levels. 1. Program Details
（1）Program duration: From July 13 to August 7, 2026, Monday to Friday from 8:50 to 12:15.
（2）Teaching method: Classroom teaching.
（3）Fees: Registration fee of 400 yuan. The tuition fee is 2,400 yuan, and the accommodation fee will be paid separately.
（4）Application period: From March 5 to June 1, 2026.
● Chinese Summer Course ( Junior Class )
Program features: Designed for learners at HSK 1-2 level. The course focuses on basic Chinese language training, combined with Chinese cultural courses such as poetry, music, tea, festivals, etc., to cultivate students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities. Students can master the language skills required for daily communication in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, while cultivating interest and confidence in Chinese.
Course settings: Comprehensive Chinese; Listening & Speaking; Chinese Characters & Writing; Chinese Cultural Studies (Poetry, Music, Tea Culture, Festivals, etc.)
● Chinese Summer Course ( Intermediate Class )
Project features: Designed for learners at HSK 3-4 level, to consolidate the foundation of Chinese language, attach importance to improving the comprehensive ability of Chinese language, truly perceive traditional Chinese culture, and achieve a leapfrog improvement in comprehensive Chinese language ability.
Course settings: Comprehensive Chinese; Listening & Speaking; Reading & Writing; HSK Test Preparation; Chinese Cultural Studies (Cuisine, Folklore, Music, Philosophy, etc.)
2. Qualification for Summer Program Application
The applicant must meet the following conditions: being at least 18 years old; holding a valid foreign passport; being physically and mentally healthy, with no criminal record.
