2. About Summer School Program
In 2024, CJLU inaugurated its Summer School program, offering two flexible tracks: a two-week immersive camp and a one-month intensive camp. Centered on the dual pillars of "Language Mastery" and "Cultural Immersion", the program provides a rich tapestry of courses blended with hands-on practices and field explorations.
●Language & Life: Our curriculum seamlessly weaves real-life scenarios with the essence of traditional culture, empowering students to sharpen their Chinese proficiency through authentic interaction.
●Cultural Practice: Students dive deep into China's profound historical legacy through vivid, hands-on sessions—from the rhythmic flow of Tai Chi to the meditative arts of Calligraphy and the Chinese Tea Ceremony.
●Field Exploration: Beyond the classroom, the program features excursions to iconic historical landmarks and firsthand workshops in Intangible Cultural Heritages, such as lacquer fan crafting, incense making, and the delicate art of bamboo weaving.
Since its debut in 2024, the program has welcomed over 30 vibrant participants from the Czech Republic, Armenia, Slovakia, Russia, and Mexico, earning widespread acclaim and fostering a growing global community.
